The splendid Lady Fairfax Gardens is perfect for that romantic garden ceremony. The Waratah Room comfortably seats up to 110 guests with our Olive Tree Restaurant ideal for the more intimate wedding of 70 guests or less. For a garden or open air wedding, try the Leura Gardens Gazebo accommodating up to 160 guests in a more informal wedding setting.

There are a wide range of menu options to select from, with a focus on fresh regional produce. Just to be sure you are happy with your selections, after confirming your wedding with us we’ll invite you and your partner to a complimentary dinner to sample the menu you've chosen.
