At Lot Twenty, we're all about making people smile and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We believe that hospitality should make everyone feel included and at home.
We're a small, tight-knit crew, led by our hands-on owner Gary. He’s here every day, though his thick London accent keeps us guessing what he’s saying even after all his time in Perth.
Melissa, our go to organiser, will be your first point of contact. With her warm smile and attention to detail, she'll guide you through every step to help plan your special day. Her background in corporate travel means she’s a pro at keeping things running smoothly.
Mel’s got two kids and is married to Adam, the creative brain behind our website, social media, and menus.
Gary’s been in the hospitality industry longer than most of us have been alive. He’s done it all – bartender, cleaner, maintenance guy, and he can even do nice floral arrangements. Each week, he spends time with the team and shares his expertise on wine, drinks, food, and service. While he typically takes on the hard work so we can focus on you, our valued customers, he also whips up a delicious Bellini.
In the kitchen, we’ve got Chef Kenny. Gary and Kenny go way back and have worked together many times over the years. Kenny loves weddings, he loves the opportunity to design a menu just for you, bespoke he calls it, pretty cool is what we call it.
Alex, the young fella of our team is our TAFE-trained chef and jumps between the kitchen and the bar, always ready to lend a hand and loves a chat.
As for the rest of our team:
Cerys she’s Scottish we don’t know anything about her as we can’t understand anything she says, but she’s really amazing at keeping the place organised.
Will, he’s been here the longest he works fulltime in the world of coffee but still comes along and works with us as often as he can.
Aiden, he’s almost as old as Gary and we’re his first hospitality job, he spends his whole time looking after customers and making sure their Lot Twenty experience is the best it can be.
Grace, she’s a little bit smart, Grace is taking a double degree in law and ecology, and she still manages to smile nonstop whilst working with us. Grace loves working weddings.
Together, we're a joyful, tight-knit hospitality crew who love what we do – and we enjoy a good drink, too!
