Planning & Coordination - From the outset, we were able to visit and meet with Chathura, the event and wedding coordinator, who was so attentive to our needs and questions. We actually visited multiple times because we genuinely enjoyed planning with him so much. He was deeply curious about our vision and provided thoughtful, measured feedback that made every decision feel aligned and considered. We especially relied on his expertise with the table settings, photobooth placement/ design and outdoor seating plan . He was also incredibly supportive of us adding our own touches, in particular relating back to my Japanese roots. On the Day - Everything ran effortlessly. The Mineral Springs team were calm, clear and highly coordinated, working directly with our external suppliers and supporting the bridal party throughout. They were encouraging, kind and very attentive to our needs. We felt completely looked after, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Food & Dietary Care - A very special shout-out to the chef and kitchen team, who meticulously catered for an extensive range of dietary requirements: vegan, halal, vegetarian, gluten-free, non-acidic, pescatarian, as well as crustacean and egg allergies. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. Not only was every guest thoughtfully accommodated, but the food itself received glowing reviews across the board, and there was certainly no shortage of it! We loved the steak and fish options! Guest Experience - Many of our guests stayed on site and were absolutely wowed by the kindness and hospitality of the entire team.
