They cruise the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, views of Bruny Island ahead, and step onto your grounds already relaxed and ready.

You exchange vows under the 200-year-old oak tree or in another ceremony location with the Channel as your backdrop. Then the real story begins.

Food is at the heart of what we do. Fresh seasonal ingredients from our own garden, paired with local artisan producers across the Huon Valley — Tasmania's best produce, treated with respect and elegant simplicity. The same philosophy runs through the drinks list: locally produced wines, spirits, beers and ciders that reflect the region. Three service styles give you control: Cocktail (moving, social), Family Table (shared, progressive), or Formal Banquet (seated, structured). However you want it to flow, we've handled the coordination and we'll work with you to shape it to be yours. Your job is to be present with your people.
