The team, led by Brody Petersen and Regan Porteous, have collaborated with the renowned Alexander & Co to design the space, drawing inspiration from the site’s rich heritage and New York’s Meatpacking District.
The venue is captained by Head Chef Marcelino Papio, serving up a modern Australian menu with Japanese influence, alongside a diverse drinks menu.
