Our in-house event manager and stylist work with you from the first site visit to the final farewell — one team, one venue, one wedding at a time.

The team has hosted barefoot ceremonies on the lawn, traditional Indian baraats, Lebanese sahras, and intimate elopements of two — all on the same property, all with the same warmth and flexibility. What you'll love about a wedding at The Springs
Multiple ceremony and reception spaces. Indoor and outdoor settings across 125 acres of bushland — sweeping fairways, a glistening lake, hinterland views, and a covered reception space for the long-table dinner. Your photographer will thank you; there's no other Central Coast venue with this much room to roam.
Farm-to-fork menus from Executive Chef Dan Capper. Seasonal produce from the garden and nearby farms, canapés through to formal sit-down dinners, with custom menus for couples who want something specific. Every dietary requirement and cultural menu accommodated — if you can describe it, the kitchen can cook it.
One wedding a day, exclusive use. The property is yours from setup to farewell. No shared dance floors, no overlapping ceremonies, no other couple's guests at the bar. The Sitting Duck Restaurant on the 18th hole stays open for rehearsal dinners and morning-after lunches when you want it.
A championship golf course as your backdrop. 18 holes, par 72, designed by Al Howard and Graham Papworth — the only Central Coast wedding venue built around a real golf course. Optional add-on: a round for the wedding party the morning of, or the morning after.

How many guests can we have at The Springs?
Up to 250 guests cocktail-style or 180 seated. There's no minimum guest count, and we host elopements as small as two. Site inspections are free — book a tour and we'll walk you through every space the way your guests will experience it on the day.
